WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE OUR NEW MINDFULNESS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDRED

The Mindfulness After School Club offers children a refuge for relaxation and well-being through activities like guided meditations and mindful coloring.

Mindfulness Programs for Children

Regular mindfulness practice will allow children to have a much-needed break and the chance to relax and refocus, whilst making friends, developing kindness, compassion, gratitude, sense of wellbeing and more. The activities include:

Guided Meditations

Mindful Colouring

Breathing Techniques

Sensory Exercises

Mindful Movements

Storytelling and Reflection

and much more.
